LEBANON
I served as a UN peacekeeper in Lebanon summer of –91 and here is some of the pic´s
I took there.


Israeli Cobra helo flying
over Burj El Muluk in the south of Lebanon. This is
approximately 10 kilometres north of Metulla in the security zone




This is an IDF Sho’t Centurion tank.
Pictures are taken somewhere between Ett Taibe and Al Quantarah in the
security zone. If you look in the
background of the second and fourth picture you’ll se a Nagmasho’t APC.

This is two
pictures of an SLA M-113 with home-made Zelda style extra armour Pictures are taken approximately
five kilometres south of Ett Taibe in the security zone This is yet another M-113 with the
home-made appliqué armour. It has the standard
armament of the SLA: .5 HMG and .3 MGs
in the back. It also carries a
60 mm mortar on the right of the commander. Picture is again
taken somewhere near Al Quantarah in the
security zone.
